Whew! Its been a whirlwind, especially this past week, getting ready for Urban Craft Uprising. I’ve nearly wet-felted my finger prints off and stabbed myself with felting needles more times than I’d like to recount. But its been fun and I have a feeling this weekend is going to be really fun. I hope all of you locals will come by and check out the show! Also, check out my interview with the lovely UCU interns.
I have a bunch of new work and more of the same. Here are some of the hoop earrings I made especially for this show.
I am unfortunately in the beginning phase of a cold but my spirits are high. If you stop by the show I’ll likely have a cup of mint tea in hand. I promise not to sneeze on you.. especially if you buy something.
Here goes nothing!
This was a super fun week at the FSM. Despite it being a cold and somewhat dreary day people were out in full force…. until it started to really rain. People were jovial and some of my lovely customers were open to having their pictures taken for this very here post. My ears were a hit, I’m so glad I got to contribute to a handful of people’s costumes this year. Warms my heart, no really.
So here are their lovely faces with some very fuzzy ears (and one set of eyes)
Henryfor being my photographer that day.
